I am very reluctant to change my med regiem since its the best one I have had and I have had such poor results from atypicals. A switch to clozapine is very far off I hope as it would require a stay in hospital and it has such nasty side effects.
Found another curious thing about the sneer, if I have a steady supply of caffeine it seems greatly reduced. Those days when I am out of pepsi its worse (and my daytime sedation is much worse). Could this be a caffeine withdrawl effect and nothing to do with my meds?
