I have moments of dyslexia that seem to come more often as the years go by. And that's even when I'm not on meds. But your dyslexia sounds like it's not momentary.
Stimulants like Ritalin and Adderall help my reading enormously: focus, speed, retention, everything.
But a new development like you're describing needs to be reported.
