Not sure if it helps but I'll add my experience with the two.

I started Prozac around 5 weeks ago. At first I found it too sedating, I was non-functional, my short term memory was totally shot. I added a bit of Adderall from my cabinet, that brought me back to normal alertness. I have mild ADD but in this case was using it for its alerting properties. Just used it that week.

Then I acclimated to that effect of Prozac and the bump up in drive effect took over, I didn't try Adderall then as I felt it would add to the agitation.

I've since quit the prozac, too easily irritated on it. There is definitely something to having a balance of drive and focus/reward and contentedness, my guess at norepi, dopamine and serotonin's main effects. Certainly lots of people on ssris complain their ADHD worsens. But some of the studies say ssris improve it, at least the behavioral aspects that other people are annoyed by.
