I took it a few times ( 50 mg's). It knocked me out but I didn't like how it knocked me out. It felt very forced; like I was INSTANTLY drunk.

Anyway, I would start out at a low dose (maybe 25-50 mg's) and see if that helps.

I was taking it for anxiety- it did seem to help but made me very groggy.
