Hey Chand! Read my Thread below yours. We may be in the same boat. The racing thoughts are the worst. inablilty to read a book or magazine. Words kind of are singsongy and my brain reads in rapid unrelaxing manner so I have to stop trying to even read. I'm going to google bipolar now. Fondly, Phillipa
