what meds are for instablity

Ok, first i see 4 catagories.

1. Mood Stablizers
2. Benzodiazepines
3. Psychostimulants
4. Antidepressants

I feel im going through a time where its a rough, i get really off, and start to have inner anxiety. Klonopin sometimes makes it worse, and i have panic attacks on even 3mg.

Would Xanax benefit, im going putting that as a serperate post. I take 6mg of Klonopin. Prozac 20mg, Zyprexa 2.5, [Dexedrine 30mg] (on certain days)

Can i please have some advice.
