Hey! I think you should stand up to your shrink. Its scary, but..in my experience, its well worth it. You're not in an institution or anything, so she has no right to tell YOU (an adult, with a life to live, preferably without bleeding gums) what side effects are and are not acceptable...she also doesn't have the right to tell you you're being "difficult". CHILDREN are "difficult". PATIENTS have "side-effects". This is her job, and she should do it without complaining. She might respect you more for it...for instance, I told a former shrink that I was no longer going to take a medication. He tried to convince me to take it, tried to coax me, and I just said "No. I refuse to take it anymore" He seemed a little irritated, but from that point on, he seemed to listen to me more and respect me more.
As for your meds...the wellbutrin+ssri combo does help a lot of people, and the combo can actually reduce side effects (wellbutrin minimizes sexual side effects and apathy from SSRIs; ssris minimize anxiety from wellbutrin, so on and so forth.) So...yeah, by all means, give it a whirl. Good luck!
