About 15 years ago I gave Parnate (tranylcypromine) and Nardil (phenelzine) a run for their money — without any good effect. I tried them solo and combined with, variously, lithium, tryptophan, Elavil (amitriptyline), and synthetic thyroid.

Ed, do you think there's some indication in an MAOI response to how buprenorphine might act? Or, why do you ask?

Thanks for any advice.
