I'm not well schooled on the parts of the brain. But if you are referring to the mesolimbic part, related to depression or negative symptoms of schizophrenia (practically the same), then low dose amisulpride targets that directly without affecting anything else. But it's an overseas med and tricky to find.

Any of the atypical antipsychotics can do similar action, but not as directly as amisulpride.
