hi phillipa-- my diagnosis is bipolar disorder. i see a psychopharmacologist who is supposed to be excellent-- he has a PhD in addition to his MD-- and his specialty is depression, though, not bipolar. he also spends the vast majority of his time doing research and not seeing clinical patients, so i'm not sure how much experience he has dosing abilify this high. 30mg does seem like a lot. thanks! cb
