You are certainly correct when you say that a lot of us have been on a lot of different meds. My current meds are Lexapro 15mg, Lamictal 200mg, Provigil 400mg, and Lunesta 2mg. (Also a beta blocker, for blood pressure which helps with physical symtoms of anxiety).

I am doing the best ever with these. But I still might experiment with 1 or 2 more changes to see if I can get even more improvement.

Although you feel that Klonopin will coounteract the Adderal, do you think that you will feel better if you take some Klonopin with it? If so, it's worth trying. I don't think that adding the 2 would necessarily be a problem.

Also, you might want to try changing the dose of Adderal, but I don't really know. I guess that would be a good question for your doctor.

After that, maybe try Ritalin or Provigil.

You should of course discuss your situation with your doctor. But if you don't have full confidence in him or her, or you just want another opinion, consider seeing another doctor. A teaching hospital outpatient psychiatry clinic is a good place to try.

> Thanks for helping. My symptoms: fatigued and tired, upset stomach at times, a lot of brain fog, forgetting, staring at nothing, today abdomen & lower back (dull) cramps, depression (tearful, a little anxious, very low self-esteem, hopeless, thoughts like "i shouldn't have had kids bc they deserve a better mother"), dread of responsibilities coming up, lethargy, lack of motivation.

The last couple of days I have been feeling quite sad/very tired & lethargic/a little anxious - def having to do with Adderall, i.e. it's a mixture of feelings that is new since Adderall. I also find myself staring into space sometimes. From the first dose I found that I was just as forgetful and unable to focus as before. (I have never tested for ADD but was thinking maybe Adderall would help aforementioned symptoms.) I have mostly been taking 10 mg (15 mg a couple times) in the early A.M., 10 mg 5 hours later, and 5 mg late afternoon. The first few days I was def happier, more energetic. Not wildly so, but pleasantly. Does this new reaction sound more like too much or not enough Adderall? Thanks, Bissie
