BP2 and meds

Hello..I have been on 2 diff. mood stabelizer meds and prozac since march. (i have been on other meds for years) Recently, I have felt able to stop taking my AD. (i was taking 40mg prozac daily) and in the last 2 wks, I have cut back on my lamictal to 200mg, instead of 300. I also take 300 mg of trileptal. So, I have lowered my lamictal to 200mg daily and stopped my prozac all together. I feel ok, but I have not told my pdoc about this.
I know with BP2, I need the mood stabelizers. But, if i dont feel i need the AD, i dont think he would be mad that I stopped taking it...
Is anyone else just taking mood stabelizers who have bp2?
