I know it's hard to manage to see a doctor when you're uninsured -- I was uninsured for a decade of real misery -- but I'd recommend heading out to see one, to talk about getting medicated. Without knowing where you're located, I would say check with the local Planned Parenthood first, then the county, and any local low fee clinics. Then, when you get a prescription, check out needymeds.com to learn how to get the scrip filled through the drug companies. Most all of them have some sort of compassionate care program that will provide free meds to those who can't afford them and have low enough income.
Also, since you just stopped both drugs, it's possible that this is really only the rebound depression that will occur when you stop an antidepressant cold turkey. It doesn't mean it ain't rotten, just that it's possible -- though a bit unlikely -- that it will pass.
Good luck.
