Well, it kinda depends on what you're looking for. If you're just looking to find out about things like side effects, dosage, contraindications, etc, rxlist.com is my first choice. It has the most complete information I've found. Medlineplus.com has a quick and dirty version of the same sorts of information, and is also on my list when I'm checking on meds.
SLS's page about meds is a GREAT resource, too: http://sl.schofield3.home.att.net/medicine/psychiatric_drugs_chart.html It has information about which neurotransmitter systems each med works on, etc.
There are a lot of other sites, too, that I've found helpful, but it's pretty specific. I think biopsychiatry.com is one of them, if I've got the URL right. They've got short summaries of a lot of different sorts of information.
