Schizophrenics are profoundly ill, withdrawn, hear voices, most never have families, and become ill at an entirely earlier age. They live in extreme paranoia and do not interact with others much. They have formal thought disorder and flat affect. When you talk to them it is like you are talking to a robot. What they say doesn't make sense at times. They live their lives on high doses of antipsychotic medication and have repeated hospitalizations. This isn't a diagnosis you can make over the Internet. Diagnosis of schizophrenia is extremely difficult and extreme care must be made in making it. It is usually a lifelong disorder with a poor prognosis.
