Yes. This combination of drugs is one that might work well for you. However, you might have to change the Effexor for another drug for the blood pressure.
Is your diagnosis "psychotic depression"?
Nortriptyline + Seroquel might work.
Wellbutrin + Seroquel might work.

------------------------------------------> i have taken zoloft, effexor, celexa, lexapro, seroquel and risperdal in the past. the effexor was good but when i went to 75 mg it made my bp go up so i am sticking with 37.5 now and taking seroquel to see how that goes. im thinking about switching to klonopin for anxiety. but what is a good med for depression and hearing voices. i need to input please. i also have diabetes and i take hydrocodone for toothaches. someone please go in depth and explain what i need.
