As I mentioned I get the exhaustion as well. But I don't get speedy on it at all. I would give it a few weeks and increase really slowly. If you can no longer tolerate the side effects, then perhaps Nardil would be a better choice for you.
I'm sorry you are having these problems. Parnate does increase your body temperature though. I sweat a lot on it.
Keep pushing forward. You are only on day 2.
