Effexor XR Vs. Wellbutrin

I’m taking Effoxor XR for about one year because I suffer from Anxiety attacks, I would like to get out from medication because I want to start having babies and I have not had any anxiety for a year. Also, I have a friend at work that she starting to suffer from anxiety but her doctor send her Wellbutrin and I would like to know what is the difference between effexor Xr and Wellbutrin? Also, I would like to know what can I do to get out of Effexor Xr?
