hmmm...tough situation :-( Perhaps...you could just visit a regular doc or local clinic and see what's up? I have state=employee insurance, too, and around here there are some private family docs that do really cheap co-pays for that kind of insurance, so it pays to check around a bit. If that doesn't work...treating this like a physical illness (bed rest if possible, increased fluids, possibly antibiotics) might be worth while--if nothing else, you could get a placebo effect, and its entirely possible you will treat a subtle physical ailment. If that fails...stimulants can be very helpful; in my experience, its a good idea to try to get 2-3 X daily dosing, to make sure you don't crash and burn towards the end of the day. Adding more wellbutrin could also help. There are other energizing antidepressants--including some tricyclics like Pamelor--that could be used, but side effects are definitely an issue there.
