Picking a Psychiatrist?

Ok. This is probably supposed to be on the Psychology board, but I posted there and got no response. So I will try here.
What is a neuro Pyschiatrist. I am picking a doctor and the number I called had an answering machine, saying that the doctor was a Neuro-Psychiatrist.
