I dont know about 'medicinal' doses, but I used to find that 'street' amphetamine (not meth) used to work just as well with or without SSRIs. I always use to get pretty lethargic on SSRIs and would crave stimulants - amphetamine always did the trick & cleared the head!

Amphetamine on its own boosts Noradrenalin & Dopamine but hardly touches Serotonin so you shouldn't get any excess serotonin (thats just my guess).
