NE and menstruation

I did a little bit of searching on this, because of my own experiences with it, and about all I could find was a couple of long, dense articles about how NE affects the female hormonal cycle. Really dense, as in "I understood about one word out of three -- including 'the' and 'and.'" I think most of them were veterinary, too.

What I do know is that Strattera changed my cycle from two and a half day periods every 22 days, to 6 or 7 day periods every 28 days. The doctor who prescribed it -- Dr EyeCandy/GraduatedLastInHisClass, if you're keeping track -- didn't address the issue, but a PA I saw for something else actually {gasp} asked me if Strattera had affected my cycle! My goodness, that's a fellow who's obviously in the wrong line of work, huh?

If it's changing hormonal cycles, though, which I guess is how it's changing menstrual cycles, I'd guess that's what's causing your sore and swollen breasts. Yuck. (I'm multi-D myself, so if my breasts got swollen, well, I'd probably cry...)

For what it's worth, I haven't noticed any changes of the sort on Wellbutrin. {shrug} Hope something there helps.
