ZOLOFT for OCD?

i've been taking Lexapro 40mg for 6 months with little help for my GAD and OCD and PD

my doctor has suggested another SSRI or Effexor

i'm thinking of Zoloft

anybody have good luck with Zoloft for their GAD/OCD/PD?
