Thanks for your thoughts.Do I think Social Phobias on the increase? Mine certainly is! I think lots of poeple have some degree of it but seldome seek help.
My Nardil is the UK 'refridgerated' type, little disc shaped orange pills with a distinct smell. The same type which worked 'wonders' last time around.
Maybe its just going to take longer this time, but I've already had a temporary response which lasted a week. That to me is not a good sign 'cause it feels like its already pooped out. That was at 60mg and upping to 75 hasn't helped.
I have to admit though, I AM THE MOST IMPATIENT GUY ON THE PLANET!
Thing about Valium is, I once took it @ 3 x 2mg/day for 10 days whilst on Lofepramine when I first started living at a dry house to make the initiation more 'comfortable'. It worked wonders then. But from what I remember it took about 2 days to build up in my system so maybe a 'small' emergency dose is just pointless.
Maybe if my doc does give me the risperidone it might help, but after reading Ed's recent post it kinda worries me.
