I'm sorry you are so sick. I am going through the same kind of phase so I can think I understand. Some may COMPLETELY disagree with what I am going to say but have you ever tried ECTs?? They are not the cure all but they have helped my antidepressants to work better. The biggest side affects for me have been migraines and some memory loss. I actually had one today and I feel better than I have in weeks. Don't give up hope hon,hang in there and keep posting.
