Hey Link, I wish I could actually be helpful with this, but anyway I fail to see why someone of your intelligence, education, and maybe(?)resourcefulness cannot get a doctor who will spend a proper amount of time in the consultation. I don't know how you find out about these things where you are. Money, I suppose that comes into it too. Good luck anyway. You really deserve a very good doctor.
