the only thing i can think of is that maybe its kind of like the side effects some people get from stimulants (most people get stimulated; some people, at certain doses, will actually be lulled to sleep by amphetamines or ritalin). Since wellbutrin is kind of stimulant-ish (its chemically related to tenuate, a stimulant-type, non-amphetamine diet pill), maybe this is the kind of thing you're experiencing? I guess it could be the lex+wellbutrin, but usually wellbutrin bumps up energy levels when added to an SSRI. As for the vicodin...who knows, really. In general though, opiates are pretty bengign when it comes to drug-drug interactions, as long as you avoid oversedation (for example, one should avoid vicodin+phenobarbital combos when possible).
