ReVia is the opiate antagonist naltrexone. Wayne R posted quite a bit about it a few years ago. There's anecdotal evidence for it as an adjunct to ADs and to reverse AD poop-out. A couple reports of it alone working in treatment-resistant depression, too.
A few people (I think Scott, too) have tried it without success, also. I have a script for it, but I need to get through my current trial of Effexor first, before adding it.
