Zoloft is usually very good for Obsessive or Compulsive components of Schizophrenia. It s also
recommended for OCD. Here's a list of possibles:
Anti-obsessive Agents
Anafranil (clomipramine)
Luvox (fluvoxamine)
Paxil (paroxetine)
Prozac (fluoxetine)
Zoloft (sertraline)
