Hi Matt,
I don't know how much help I can be, but just a question or two. What is your diagnosis? The reason I ask is there is not an antidepressant in your cocktail of medications. From reading your posts, with the suicidal feelings, it sounds like you should be on a strong antidepressant or even explore ECT as the fastest way to kick your system back to normal. Please keep nothing around that could lead to suicide, especially firearms. An old cliche goes, "suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem". Please believe me, the situation is temporary. Before Nardil kicked in for me during my first major depression, I really thought I was going to die. When the med kicked in, all of those problems that seemed insurmountable, suddenly became manageable. Stick it out, change your meds, get ECT, do whatever you have to to stay alive until this thing passes.
Best of Luck,
Jedi
