I wasn't thinking well when I wrote my first reply. Right now, it doesn't really matter whether or not Lithium is responsible for your symptoms.I should have told you to seek medical attention **immediately**.
Arrhythmias *can* be very serious. Also, slight difficulties in breathing can escalate.
