Hi Ya Phillipa,


Having spoken to 20+ Pharmacists it depends, if you are feeling low, and take Benz then they will lower your mood more, if manic they will lower Dopamine and even out mood.


"it all depends how you are feeling while taking benz" OK?

I'm on Benz, Stims, and Booze, often so it's complicated.

1 Pill takes you up, one takes you down, one keeps you numb eg: SSRIs
