I took Lexapro for several trials. I have bipolar-NOS ultrarapid/ultradian cycling, social phobia, and ocd. I was put on this due to breakthru depression (which was actually a mixed state). I started at 10mg. It seemed to help me socialize a little better. I ended up taking up to 20mg on all three trials I took it. It helped OCD some too.
However, it caused manic symptoms. I acted out of character a lot, and I had a manic attack, so we eventually punted it. Two of the times I took Lexapro was with Depakote and the other time was with Topamax.
I also took Klonopin before at 0.5mg as needed. It calmed anxiety/agitation. I still have a prescription refill for tablets to take as needed. I took it a bit while titrating up on Lamictal.
I never took Lunesta. I took Ritalin as a child when I was diagnosed ADHD.

I was off SSRIs for a while due to the anti-orgasmic side effects, but decided to go back on them for the pro-social effect. The Klonopin is the main med in the mix. I'm pretty sure I would benefit from increasing it to 3mg or 4mg (I have experienced 4mg a few times from accidental double-dosing) but I am scared to ask my pdoc to increase it since it is "addictive"...
