Thank you for the words of encouragement. I need them right now, not least of all because I feel depressed and physically sick.
I'm entering out-patient rehab for three days a week, and I hope that and a firm dedication keep me focused for this tough time.

It takes awhile to get your brain chemistry back to somewhat normal - at least a couple of months. Please try hard to not get discouraged, as it is worth it. There may be meds to help you, but time is really going to help the most. Another helpful thing to work on after discontinuing cocaine and alcohol is your nutrition - a good multi-vitamin and multi-mineral to nurture your body cells is a good idea.
