Topamax HELP - dosage for weight loss

I've gained weight from Lithium, the following fall out of my thyroid and now from Seroquel. I've been on Weight Watchers for 5 weeks, but I've only been staving off any more gain from Seroquel.

I would like to ask my pdoc to add Topomax to help me take off some of the weight I gained from my meds. What is the difference between a theraputic and weigh loss dosage?

Can someone help? I want to go in educated when I ask him...
