Maybe an add-on would work? I think the zinc and memantine ideas are good...it seems like adding wellbutrin or provigil could be helpful. Adding a tricylcic might be helpful...with amphetamines, TCAs and amphetamines supposedly play with one another so that you get a faster antidepressant response and (supposedly) a more pronounced focus-improvement. I did a Tofranil-Adderall combo, and it was OK. You might want to switch at this point, too...I think the standard conversion would be something like 80mgs Ritalin=60mgs Adderall (and I'd assume Dexedrine as well), but the dosage would vary based on your response. A friend of mine was switched with a 1:1 ratio, so his 80mgs Ritalin dose became 80mgs Adderall. It seems that adding Cymbalta or Effexor might help, too, since they tend to be kind of stimulating and tricyclic-ish in terms of action, but I dont think this kind of combo is all that well studied, so any augmentation would be largely based on theory.
