rheumatoid arthritis

hey all. ive just been diganosed with rheumatoid arthritis and I am in a lot of pain. i am not sure what painkillers I can take as I cant take any of the nSAIDS and Im kind of scared of the COX-2 inhibitors because of the whole viox thing. Anyone know a painkiller that would work with the meds I take? That being 1000mg of valproate, 20mg of diazapam, 200mg of chlomipramine and 5mg of olanzapine (but my olanzapine is probably going to be changed to 50mg of Largactil (thorazine) as its not doing anything but make me fat).
