Last week I was pretty despondent, miserable, feeling hugely fat, repulsive, etc. I was crying, spinning around trying to escape my misery, etc.
The past two days I've felt OK.
Takes me a while to add up the variables: my period just ended... Guess maybe I am ovulating, or at least getting the hormones involved. That would be a good thing.
If it's affected me this way in the past, it's long ago and I don't remember. Sure, I always feel cruddy, and got cramps to write home about until I started taking magnesium to balance the calcium, but never that sort of depression going along with it.
Sickness, though -- always. Even my husband has figured out that being sick sends me into despair even when I'm adequately medicated and life is going well.
