It's interesting, Ritalin and other stimulants help with my depersonalization, even though DP is generally thought of as an anxiety disorder- and Ritalin makes me anxious as f*ck. But I feel like I'm fully in my body. provigil helps too, and is a milder drug in terms of anxiety (but has plenty of harsh s/e of its own).
AD's do little or nothing for depersonalization.
