Even here in the states, I think that pdocs tend to be more aggressive than gp's with combos. Fortunately, my GP is fearless. I am on a combo of Provigil (modafinil) 400mg and Lexapro (escitalopram) 15mg. Provigil alone wouldn't be enough for my depression. But Lexapro alone leaves me a bit too tired, and doesn't help enough with my ADD symptoms. The combo is very good so far. But I need to give it more time to see if it holds up before I declare victory.
