Can Klonopin cause malaise??

I posted this somewhere up there but not as a question.

I was on Klonopin for a few months (and oddly enough it was the time they diagnosed me with Lupus).
I quit taking it.. Then the last few weeks, my asthma meds have caused me to be a bit jittery and more anxious so I took some Klonopin again.
I've noticed that I'm feeling that same general malaise feeling. It makes me feel as if I have a fever (but when I take my temp I don't), and it makes me feel kind of weak and sickly.
Does anyone know if this is a common side effect?
I KNOW it has to be the Klonopin. I'm fine all day until I take the Klonopin in the evening, then that feeling hits me about an hour later..
