Paxil worked, what now?

I suffer from GAD and mild OCD. I've taken Paxil in the past with great success but stopped due to weight gain. I've since taken Zoloft and Lexapro with no success. I'm currently on 75/mg Effexor which is minimally effective. I'm afraid to increase the Effexor. Already if I forget a pill, I get terribly sick to my stomach. I'm considering going back on Paxil but am hesitant b/c of the weight gain and lethargy. Anybody had great success with Paxil and found anything else that was equally effective?
