Right now I don't want to die, but just wait, I know I will again. :-(
Is there anything OTC that can take the edge off horrible emotions and thoughts? Would alcohol work or would it make things worse?...yuck, I hate alcohol, but I'm desperate. I just know I'm going to go "crazy" again.
