I find omega 3 and 6 fish oils helpful - when I'm on these, I really don't get any PMS. Starflower oil and evening primrose oil are good too, but I think this is because they contain the omega oils. The oils are also good for depression etc, although I can't really say that help in my case.
Have you tried searching the alternative board?
