How long does Start Up anxiety last?

When I incread my Marplan dose to 20mgs I experienced an increase in anxiety which I assumed was start up anxiety

I went back down to 10mgs and my anxiety decreased, although it hasn't gone away entialy

How long does start up anxiety go on for aproximatly?
How long do I have to wait before I can raise the dose again?
Any thoughts?

Perhaps it had nothing to do with me increasing the dose?
