Yes, according to the reports of some people posting here. They do seem to be different beasts despite the fact that Lexapro is derived from Celexa. I know the theoretical stereochemistry behind it. If anything, one would think that more people would respond to Celexa than Lexapro. However, Lexapro seems to have more "bite". I don't know what else I can tell you. I have no experience with Celexa. I have tried Lexapro, though.
