What do you want from them? They are only human and can only use the tools available to them. You have tools too, and must decide when and how to use them! If there is another med you want, ask for it. You know more about yourself than anyone else. I know you have researched many meds and only you can decide which to try. Maybe your answers are something completely different than you think!
