From what you've described, I dx you with being BecksA.
I really don't think the dx matters nearly as much as finding help for your symptoms. I didn't mean that first line to sound dismissive, because it's only meant to say that whatever dx anyone gives you, you will still have the same set of symptoms -- what really counts is what helps with them.
(Illustrative example: a friend was treated for Lyme's disease for years, despite the blood tests coming back negatively, etc. She told me, "The treatment improves my symptoms so much, I'd be a fool to ask for a more accurate diagnosis!")
Have you looked into therapy, esp CBT to help with your symptoms? I suspect it might help.
Meanwhile, maybe a more sedating AD?
