ambien dosing at 20mg?

i've taken ambien 15 mg for several years, as needed. lately (large amount of life stress that's fairly temporary... should resolve in next few months) 15mg isn't doing the job. i upped to 20mg one night and it was perfect.

i know one other person who uses 20mg with no problems.

do you see any reason why 20mg would be a negative choice?
