hi Deneb,
changes in dosage can increase anxiety/withdrawal symptoms sometimes. How much did you change your dosage? You didn't say in your message below.

I've found that going w/out the med for 1-2 days does not cause me any 'weird' symptoms. But I only skip for 1-2 days max, and then keep going. People have said that quitting cold turkey often causes severe withdrawal in many people, sometimes serious enough to require medical care. I've also heard stories where people quit cold turkey and suffered much milder withdrawal, but it's different for everyone. To be on the safe side, taper down as the manufac. & doctors recommend, if you're going to quit.
